Return Policies

We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of purchase.
All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date.
Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.
Refunds can only be made to the credit card or Mobile money account used for the purchase.
Once we receive your item and return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or Mobile money network providers’
