Terms & Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • the website provides an online location for clients to purchase senifak services products;
  • the price for a product will be as stated in the relevant product listing;
  • the price for the product must include all taxes and comply with applicable laws in force from time to time;
  • delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, other ancillary costs and charges, will only be payable by the buyer if this is expressly and clearly stated in the product listing;
  • products must be of satisfactory quality, fit and safe for any purpose specified in, and conform in all material respects to, the product listing and any other description of the products supplied or made available;

To a permissible extent under applicable law, we collect information about any one whose details are provided to us when the person:

  • Completes an online form(s), participate in surveys, enter into any competitions or prize draws, download information such as white papers or other publications or participate in any other interactive areas that appears on our website
  • Interacts with us on any of our social media platforms
  • Provides or updates details when accessing any of our websites or services available and
  • Contacts us offline through telephone, email and or post.

We offer the following delivery options for orders within Ghana only. ( Please scroll below this page if your order is outside of these areas. We’ve got you covered!)

Within Accra: Next Day – ₵12.99

Arrives the next day

  • Next Day delivery is only available for orders within Greater Accra Region only.
  • Orders must be placed before 5pm to ensure next day delivery

Outisde Greater Accra Region

  • We offer a flat-rate price of ₵20 for every single order over ₵200 outside the Greater Accra Region
  • Shipping rates on orders outside of Greater Accra region are variable depending on the weight of the product(s) and the shipping address. Please note that our selected carriers within Ghana deliver on Monday – Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Shipping costs are based on the method you choose at checkout and your location. Your shipping charges are usually discounted and will automatically calculate during the checkout process, prior to completing your order.
  • Standard Shipping may take between 1 – 2 business days depending on your location
  • We offer full refunds on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of purchase.
  • All we ask is you provide a receipt, confirmation number, or other proof of purchase date.
  • Any discounts used, except for shipping discounts, will be subtracted from the refund.
  • Refunds can only be made to the credit card or Mobile money account used for the purchase.
  • Once we receive your item and return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies or Mobile money network providers’
  • If you need your order by a certain date please make a note in the ‘note section’ of the shopping cart.
  • Choosing Express shipping, does not guarantee that your order will be considered as rush delivery.
  • If it’s not possible for your order to arrive by your desired date, we will notify you by e-mail (please double check your e-mail address).
  • You will need to be available for delivery since we cannot leave your products on your doorstep for safety concerns.
  • If you are running late and will not be available for the delivery of your items, please send us an email at shop@senifakservices.com as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery.
